- There will be no receiver, soundbar, or streaming box; the projector has to be the whole system.
- You want Samsung's TV interface and Gaming Hub for cloud gaming without a console.
- You want to spend several hundred dollars less and use the difference on the screen.

- You have a receiver and speakers and want the best picture a UST can give at this price.

Verdict
Buy the Hisense PX3-PRO if it is going into a system with its own audio; it is the better projector on every picture measure and it won the UST comparisons at ProjectorCentral and Projector Reviews. Buy the Samsung The Premiere 7 when the projector replaces a TV in a casual room and nobody is adding a receiver, because the smart platform and speakers are the point. The exception is a gaming household, where the Samsung's 44 ms lag and lack of 120 Hz rule it out regardless of Gaming Hub.
